"Got in, but will call was a bit messy"
I used HoldMyTicket for will call and it did work in the end, but the process wasn’t exactly smooth. The line was kind of confusing, and this is where it got annoying: the staff had to check my name twice before they could sort it out. I eventually got in, so it wasn’t a total problem, but it definitely could’ve been more organized

I had a little problem with my tickets and messaged holdmyticket.com support thinking I’d probably be waiting around for a while. They got back to me quicker than I expected and actually paid attention to what I wrote. The person helping me was clear, and they was able to fix it without turning it into some whole complicated thing. not much more to say, just solid support when I needed it...

I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with confusing emails, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. while the cancellation was disappointing, I was happy with how they handled it

I used HoldMyTicket to put together a small local show, it worked well for what we needed. I’m not trying to overcomplicate things, but when you’re handling all the little details yourself, it really helps to be able to make changes without starting over. I liked that I could adjust ticket types, times, and event info easily as things shifted. A few parts in the event settings took me a minute to figure out, but it wasn’t a big deal. I can pull up sales numbers really quickly and see what’s actually moving without clicking around forever. It’s been super helpful when we’re getting ready for shows and need answers fast. Weirdly, I remember the first time I used it because someone had left a half-eaten granola bar next to the laptop, and I still got the numbers we needed in like two minutes.

I bought my tickets from my phone and it was smooth. The pages loaded fast, and I didn’t have to zoom in a bunch or fight with the checkout like I have on some other sites. got the email right away too, and pulling up the tickets at the door was easy. No issues at all, I’d use HoldMyTicket again.

I used holdmyticket for a show last weekend and it was really smooth. I had my ticket pulled up on my phone and they scanned it right away with no weird issues or long wait. The line moved faster than I expected too. I thought there might be some kind of hassle but it ended up being totally fine. I would use it again for another venue.
